I got the feeling it was quality for a bit of extra money. The pens turned out to be of poor quality.
I sent our email address correctly but it was then misspelt on the pens. I did approve the "artwork". I did not zoom in on the photo to double check the spelling of education. Maybe it was my mistake in not spotting Merchandise mistake....
