it would help me if when quoting and sending images if the images of the product was sent to me with none of your details for onward forwarding to my client.
when sending samples ensure your details are included as if I receive a few samples from different suppliers it is important I know who has sent them to me. often I just get the sample in an envelope/box...nothjng else.
