You can trust their promises! It was frustrating when I realised I needed more goodies for the giant event with about 1000 attendees which was in 5 days. I called many merchandise shops and tried to ask if any shops could process from choosing items, confirming the logo, goodies production, and delivering everything within 4.5 days. Merchandise.co.uk was the only one super supportive, even giving me a list of every item that can make the impossible mission. The whole procedure was smooth and the attitude was excellent and professional. They promised me everything would be delivered on Friday (the event was on Saturday), but I was still worried due to my experiences with other companies. I shouldn't be worried at all because everything was delivered on time and I even had enough time to sort them a day before the event. I don't know how to express my gratitude.
