“We needed 250 custom printed mugs, and we needed them quickly for an event giveaway. Evie at Merchandise handled everything superbly, from making sure the artwork was right to creating visuals and then assuring us we could get delivery on time. We ordered at 2pm on Thursday, they were delivered at 11am Tuesday! Superb quality, great price and perfect service. Will definitely use Merchandise again.”

“Every interaction and process, from start to finish was brilliant. Pricing, quotes, response times and the personable and excellent (above and beyond) service was the key component to this whole experience. Even with a super tight deadline, Sarah was kind, calm, collected, responsive, reassuring (at times of high stress for me), organised and was incredibly helpful! Everything was planned perfectly from Sarah’s side, all we had to do was offer the art work and confirm the amounts, and they did the rest. It was such an easy process with various delivery options, depending on your timeline needs, which are all clearly explained. There are multiple payment options and you can also have access to a portal account to view your dashboard and pay for invoices. You can approve artwork easily as well through the emails. It has been the best printing experience we’ve had with merchandise and I hope to continue using their services in future! The items looked fantastic and our conference was a huge success with top quality merchandise. Thank you to Sarah and the team for everything.”

“The shirts came really quickly and were of an amazing quality. The kids we gave them to rarely take them off due to the quality and comfort. I also liked the little pink logo on the sleeve - I know it is adverting Merchandise, but it's still a lovely little splash of colour and doesnt denigrate the shirt at all.”

“Merchandise Ltd were recommended by a previous colleague, and I can see why! The whole process was great! Sarah was really helpful in assisting us to choose what merchandise we wanted. We chose bags, pens and trolley coins, all with our logo on. Once the order went in, delivery was really quick and all the products looked brilliant. Would definitely recommend!”

“You can trust their promises! It was frustrating when I realised I needed more goodies for the giant event with about 1000 attendees which was in 5 days. I called many merchandise shops and tried to ask if any shops could process from choosing items, confirming the logo, goodies production, and delivering everything within 4.5 days. Merchandise.co.uk was the only one super supportive, even giving me a list of every item that can make the impossible mission. The whole procedure was smooth and the attitude was excellent and professional. They promised me everything would be delivered on Friday (the event was on Saturday), but I was still worried due to my experiences with other companies. I shouldn't be worried at all because everything was delivered on time and I even had enough time to sort them a day before the event. I don't know how to express my gratitude.”
