“We bought promotional pens for an exhibition, our first such purchase as we are a small charity. They were well-priced, of excellent quality and delivered without problem to our time-frame - the exhibition attendees could not get at them quickly enough, and we got our contacts! “I got the feeling it was quality for a bit of extra money. The pens turned out to be of poor quality. I sent our email address correctly but it was then misspelt on the pens. I did approve the "artwork". I did not zoom in on the photo to double check the spelling of education. Maybe it was my mistake in not spotting Merchandise mistake....”

Thank you for your review and my apologies for the delay in response to it, I've looked back over the full order and have noticed the spelling mistake of the e-mail address was incorrect on the sales order and the proof we provided. We have discussed with the art room and it looks to be the case that we copied and pasted the e-mail address directly from your e-mail. As a rule we always copy and paste text when it is provided so that it is verbatim. Unfortunately, as your mistake was on your proof which you signed off, we are unable to have the printers reproduce the pens for you free of charge, however as a gesture of good will we would like to help contribute to reproducing a new batch of pens with the correct details on them.
